The Communist Sortition DEIA Code of Ethics

The Communist Sortition actively opposes discrimination based on race, religion, ethnicity, geography, sex, sexuality, gender identity, level of ability, employment status/employability, neurodiversity, physical appearance, weight, social status, and all other forms of unique characteristics unrelated to the struggle for economic, social, and political justice. 

The Sortition applies the Social Contract inherent in tolerant societies according to the principle of the Paradox of Intolerance, while striving to go beyond tolerance in an embrace of the individual differences that give us added strength, flexibility, empathy, and resilience. 

We believe in consent, reduction of harm, due process, and an empathetic consideration for the social/personal impact of discrimination.

These are the core principals we strive to consider while making any and all judgements based on discriminatory speech or actions.
