1. Formulate the question to be asked. What action or position would you like of the Sortition?

2. Request a Sortition be organized to judge the question. This can be done in public on the public group, or in private on the discord. 

3. Using the member roster, and www.random.org, select the members who will form the Minor Sortition. For example, if there are 30 members, use www.random.org to select 3 numbers from 1 to 30. Take a video or screenshot, and notify the members of their selection. 

4. After the selected members judge the question, if the question is approved, you, or any citizen may enact the change or actions required. If the Sortition denied the request, the only action to be taken is to update the website to track the judgements.
